JP Wilson Development is offering an active Vacation Rental Program (VRP) at our magnificent lake and beach front resort communities. As more and more people are becoming aware of the natural beauty of Costa Rica and it's desirous location, we are confident that the demand for quality, family oriented vacations will draw many renters to us. Our Property Management / Vacation Rental Program team works onsite at the Buena Vista I development in Lake Arenal. Here renters will check in and find everything necessary to assist them in enjoying a relaxing stay. The "in season" runs from December until May though an owner can expect vacation rental activity throughout the year. We anticipate that the typical "in season" home / condo renter will wish to rent a unit for a week at a time. There is also plenty of demand for 2-4 night stays year round as people who live in San Jose who want to escape to take a break from city living. In all, owners wishing to rent their homes, condominiums or townhouses with us should experience a very nice return on investment when they are not enjoying their units themselves!
